All ILO’s maintain an active and current lending / real estate license in the state which they conduct their business. Prior to affiliation, each associate undergoes both a background and reference check. Each ILO must prove a strong ethical and professional history as well.
And unlike many banks or mortgage companies, AmeriFund Lending Group is unique in that all of our originators are independent contractors and not employees of our firm. The independent loan originator must successfully deliver and perform all functions of the loan transaction in order to get compensated for their services. They only get paid when the product you seek is acceptable.
